I’m Elizabeth

Alongside traditional doula care, I now offer birth debriefs and TBR 3 Step Rewind to help you heal.

I believe every journey is unique, with its own joys and challenges, and I’m here to ensure you feel informed, empowered, and cared for every step of the way.

Client Testimonials

We became parents for the first time late last year. Such a special and exciting time, and Elizabeth coached us from the beginning of my pregnancy. With her support I felt so secure of myself and pregnancy and even giving birth for the first time. She knew what we needed to know, provided us with tools and informed us about options we sometimes didn’t know we had until speaking to her. Due to the restrictions last year she couldn’t be by our side physically, but she was just a call away with support, suggestions or advice if wanted or needed. She made sure I was ok in every way possible throughout and was a there for my partner as well. And up until now she checks in on me and is available for our questions.

C&S

Thank you for being such a wonderful guiding support to us during the biggest rollercoaster of giving birth to baby I! While it didn’t go to ‘plan’ and we spent less time together overall than we had planned, you were a glowing positive presence for us through it all and especially in the early days/weeks when we couldn’t even remember our own names! We felt very safe leaving our tiny newborn with you in a way we would have never though possible.
Thank you so much for all your love and support and see you for baby number 2!

Lots of love L&R
