I’m Elizabeth, and I’m here to walk alongside you—from the excitement of pregnancy, through a transformative birth, to the nurturing early days of parenthood. This isn’t just about a list of services; it’s about creating a supportive, empowering partnership that celebrates your individual journey and enhances your family’s wellbeing.

What I offer

  • Emotional and physical support: Assisting new parents as they recover physically and emotionally from birth, offering encouragement, compassion, and practical solutions for any challenges that arise.
  • Feeding support: Helping with breastfeeding (latching, positioning, etc.), bottle-feeding, and navigating any feeding challenges with patience and care.
  • Newborn care guidance: Teaching parents the basics of caring for their newborn, including initiating sleep routines, and soothing techniques.
  • Postnatal recovery: Offering guidance on pelvic floor health, abdominal recovery, and other aspects of physical recovery following childbirth.
  • Mental health support: Addressing the emotional well-being of new parents, and providing resources if necessary to cope with postnatal mood changes, anxiety, or depression.
  • Home organisation and baby prep: Helping families organise their home for a smooth transition, including suggestions for infant-friendly spaces and baby gear that could be useful.
  • Sibling integration: Offering tips on introducing the new baby to older siblings, ensuring everyone feels loved and involved.
  • Connecting with resources: Providing referrals to specialists or support groups if necessary (lactation consultants, pelvic health physiotherapists, etc.).
